Does anyone have an idea how to take the slack out of the soft rolling tonneau ?

Are you sure there aren't any adjusting screws on the Mopar cover?
I looked at several other brands, and I have the Truxedo, and many have provisions for tensioning the cover.

No adjustments for tension on the fabric cover, but putting a little more bend in them worked like a charm!

I have no idea whats on the Mopar cover. I have the Truxedo.

Hard to see it , but they used to belly in between bows, turned them over and slightly bent, problem solved.
