Anyone have a bunch of poly plastic up to the right in the front passenger footwell?

Right side of truck, above the passenger sill trim and to the right of the big firewall grommet the harness passes through. Just a shitload of plastic like poly sheeting you use to cover things when painting etc. It's in there good, like wrapped all around the connectors up in there. Will get a pic later. It's hard to see, just felt it when doing my Aux switches.

Noticed the same on my 2018 JL at the time. Have not bothered to look on either of my two Gladiators.

Mystery I have never seen answered is if the material is actually serving a purpose for something, or it is just captured assembly trash that is benign?
