Does anyone recognize the wheel?

I know it's a Fuel tire/wheel combo but I haven't found the wheel yet looking at the Fuel catalog, since it was a canadian import I do not know if it was only available in Canada.

I may have just found it, Maybe Throttle Model D513 ?

Thanks, whomever bought them before me, only purchased 4 not 5, the spare is still stock, and never modified the ECU for increase tire size...so i'm playing catch up.
