As the title says does this sound like the injectors? No codes runs smooth with good power. 19k on the motor 2500 to 3k oil changes. 5w30 not the watered down CAFE 0w20.

Sounds normal. There is a faint second ticking coming from the drivers side but I think that is the EGR. Unless it sounds like marbles with a slight throttle bump, I say you are fine.

I would say do an oil analysis and check for iron levels to be 100%.

Checked filter and at least by eye no metal debris. My first oil change at 500 miles had just a small amount of shavings deep in pleats but that's to be expected.

I believe that there should be a scan tool out there that has an injector test on it. You could see if the noise goes away.

You can have wear that is not visible to the naked eye. Going just by a oil filter examination and not doing an actual oil analysis sampling is leaving a lot of unknown out there.
