All the time. Don’t think it’s a good idea to run no doors with kids in the back.

I have twin 8 year old boys. They are jazzed about no doors around town. When we wheeled the first time one was terrified. But then it was so fun he wanted to sit on the outside. For long highway trips. I put the doors on with the kids. We did 5 hours to Crystal Mill and the kids slept. Not going doorless for that.

I was wondering how it would look with just the front doors off, since I know my 8 year old might not be thrilled with no doors for the backseat. Looking good!

I have a 4 year old and don't feel good about taking his doors off so I only take the fronts off.

I used to have tube doors in the JKU for the rears. It was just a pain and the tore up my hinges. Which ones are you running.

I’ll definitely give it a shot with no doors for him and see how he likes it. We live pretty rural so lots of backroads to go slow on.

When my youngest was a kid - if you wanted to find him for dinner - look up in the trees, in the woods, on a roof, whatever. If i had this truck when he was young, you can bet he'd unbelt and climb up on the top and sit while going down the road. He had no fear, even in the Navy he insisted he finish some test to do with submarine rescue even though he'd been hit hard in the head during the test and had a bad scalp wound. He refused to stop. They had to practically drag him out of the water test. Too bad he was discharged for medical - he'd have made a great Seal. (if they could have kept control of him)

Sometimes. Not yet in the truck. Usually if it was a quick jaunt and had to put it all back together same night, or hauling some gear to camp. Probably less likely with the truck now since I can toss everything in the bed. Didn’t have that luxury with the JKU

Looks a bit odd, admittedly, but not having a bag, or worse the cooler, drop out of the door opening while enjoying the doorless breeze was worth it.

Here's how we rolled today. Half Naked. I really like the rugged ridge mirrors too, by the way.
