Driver side one touch power window doesn't work

I own a 2020 Gladiator Rubicon. Does anyone know why my driver side power window won’t retract with one touch? I have taken it to the dealer and they replaced the motor and switch, however, I would have to reset it every time I start the truck.

The passenger retract flawlessly.

You have 1 touch power up windows? I didn't think Jeep did that, at least not on my 2018 and 2020. I can't believe it wasn't a standard feature.

to be clear i am speaking of one touch down not up.

I suppose that’s exactly what “retract” means. My bad.

you could have a loose connection or bent pin in your door wiring harness.

There's a way to reprogram then, sorry I can't remember but you can look it up - probably a youtube video on it.

My 2022 Overland only has one touch down on the front windows only, I haven't noticed any issues as of yet. I would guess a bad connection.

Ok for those whom may be paying attention and not just posting, A) we do not have one touch power UP windows, only down and B), here's the link to a video showing how to reset them if the one touch power DOWN stops working. one touch power down fix
