Replaced windshield
Installed Exoshield

Exoshield doesnt play nice with polarized glasses/sunglasses. You get some rainbow swirly effects. Which kinda sucks. Nobody mentions that, lol. Install was a breeze, hopefully it works as intended, anything is better than nothing though, lol





Right front shock is leaking. Wtf jeep, 40k miles and an oem shock is leaking. Not thrilled about that. Ugh

Had a couple of issues with 1st/reverse today. Havnt driven the jeep since tuesday. Hydraulics seem fine, feel like an mechanical lockout. Tried to get under there with inspection mirror to look for nuts/debris from rodents. Really hard to get a view. Going to pull out the bore scope and look at some point. Really weird.

Any update on the exoshield?

Is it working as advertised? I guess you'd have to get a direct hit to find out, but I was curious. I replaced my windshield for the second time last week. I'd rather not again.

So, besides the polarized glare with sunglasses, and the couple of tiny debris I got caught behind it, it's working, lmao

No big hits yet, but also my windshield isnt getting sand blasted and pitted.

Its just a huge "screen protector", I think its worth it.

I did it solo in like 30 min. Its much easier with two people, cleanliness and dust/debris control is the hardest part.

Geez.

The truck has taken a backseat to my two other cars lately, as far as parts/mods go.

ACT sent me a new clutch disc that has a nickle plated hub. So at some point soon, I'll be swapping that in.

Almost doors off weather!!! Still a bit nippy on my morning commute, lmao

Oomph. K&N intake is pretty wrecked, ordered a new one. Ugh

In the process of an oil change. Realised I had no oil filter. So its paused.

I have 4 vehicles currently, plus old stock of previous car's supplies. Mistook a different cartridge filter for being the Jeeps. Ugh

So its a terrible wrench day.

Maybe I'll ditch the Gladi, it's not bringing me any joy.

Also hood corrosion is expanding. On my 2023 MY. Wtf Jeep.
