sprayed it on THICC for chip-resistance is what I'm telling myself.

It's soon to be covered by dirt and dead bugs and that's probably the last time I'll see it that close up and that clean so I'm not worried.

I wonder what the Distinction Applied product looks like that close up.

Like that thick coating they sprayed on the lower rockers on some cars in the '70's and '80's to keep gravel roads from sand blasting the paint off! The painter was looking out for you!

This is the new winch gap vs the damage done to my original grill by the winch.

Did you need to remove or loosen the winch to get it installed?

Yes but it’s only 4 bolts on the bottom after removing the skid plate. Rolled the winch forward from the control box and was able to remove and install.
