Correct, but I was able to slide a nut across the back and fit a bolt into one of the slots - hardware I already had. Made it feel more secure, IMO.Those holes in the side of the fog light bezels are for rivets plastic part# 6500911
Buy the spacer plates for sale by a member in the for sale area here.Hi
Do you know of any other winches that work with the replica bumper that dont require trimming of the top of the bumper? I got my winch plate installed really good and now looking for a winch.
If i could get a smaller winch i rather do that but if i have to ill do a spacer.Buy the spacer plates for sale by a member in the for sale area here.
If you space the bumper forward, you shouldn't have to trim.
I trimmed a bit more than necessary. I wish I had thought of spacing the bumper forward 1/4-3/8" instead of trimming.

Also in the knock off bumper i got these brackets and didnt use them. What are they for? License plate holder? See pic
Do you have the eBay/Amazon bumper?Yes, fits above the winch hole, lays down in a hanging fashion, flips up for winch access.

There's a PDF with a similar enough installation to make it work for you.

Might have to trade you some drink and grub for some of your “been there done that” expertise and installation assistance.Yes, and the included front plate bracket thingy is different enough to the Tuffy, they probably didn't come from the same factory in Nanjing.
