Took my '23 Gladiator to the dealer about 9 months ago as the jingling was occurring the minute the brake was released and all the way until its down. they replaced the "whole brake assy" (I asked to see it and when I shook it the innards were definitely the jingling!!). Now it is doing it again (WTF).

Has anyone else had this issue???

I'm wondering if I need to have like the area rep or whomever (from CDJR) come in and see if this is a frikkin' defect or what. I'm getting close to mileage expiration (at 25k now) and I'll be dammed if I'm gonna be paying the dealer to replace this frikkin' thing when it has been an issue.

yeah I had the same thing. turns out there's a nut that just backs off slowly. every time it stop holding or I hear the jingle I just jack up the rear of the console enough to get my arm and a rachet in there and snug her back up. I know of one case where the nut came all the way off and the whole ASSY fell loose under the console and sound like a bucket off bolts. not fun. Not sure how it backs off though as its a nylon bushing lock nut.

I think the nylon lock nuts don’t hold as well each time they are tightened/loosened maybe try replacing the nut?

Glad goes in this Friday for the SECOND E brake replacement!!!!!!!!!!!!! (yep the whole E brake assy gets replaced AGAIN!!)
Called the dam Cust service (Stellantis or whatever the hell it is) and said this is BS (told them I was gonna file a NHTSA ticket and provide all the dealer tickets/etc. for the issue). The lady said they will contact the dealer to make sure they are doing everything they can to remedy the situation.
(I think this is an issue as the service writer told me he has another Glad doing the same thing!!)
