Did you pay for this? Did they offer it and you declined?

Just take it in. You're in the clear. That's a mess.

I have an appointment on Tuesday. Batteries are disconnected, so I except the head unit will display basic for awhile too.

Awesome idea piroman, can you take a picture or better describe where it is?
Lower left side of kick panel of driver's seat. It is what they plug into to scan the vehicle at the dealership. Super easy to find the port/plug. From there just follow it back to the firewall. Might be easier to remove the kick panel, it pops off and back on easy enough

Your Mojave's acting up, huh? Man, I've been there. It's like your car's got a mind of its own! Anyway, sounds like you've done some troubleshooting already, pulling relays and disconnecting the battery. Have you checked the ignition switch or the wiring around it? Sometimes, those sneaky little wires can cause all sorts of mischief. Another thing you might wanna check is the fuel system, especially if it's not shutting down properly. Could be something clogging the lines or a faulty sensor messing with the fuel flow. Oh, and speaking of tips, I recently stumbled upon some extra nuggets of wisdom on the Jeep Inside webpage that might shed some light on your situation.
