Lower left side of kick panel of driver's seat. It is what they plug into to scan the vehicle at the dealership. Super easy to find the port/plug. From there just follow it back to the firewall. Might be easier to remove the kick panel, it pops off and back on easy enough

Your Mojave's acting up, huh? Man, I've been there. It's like your car's got a mind of its own! Anyway, sounds like you've done some troubleshooting already, pulling relays and disconnecting the battery. Have you checked the ignition switch or the wiring around it? Sometimes, those sneaky little wires can cause all sorts of mischief. Another thing you might wanna check is the fuel system, especially if it's not shutting down properly. Could be something clogging the lines or a faulty sensor messing with the fuel flow.
