Epic Adventure Outfitter Wizard Battery Terminal (defective?)

Anyone order one and got one or more terminal expansion that are kinda rusted or burn metal (got one on negative terminal). See picture and video attached. Please post picture if you have one and what did you do? I emailed to them with picture and no respond, I send them twice. All I ask for is replacement.

I don’t see any damage to the terminals, were these installed and then removed? It does look (maybe) like the right hand terminal has some marks from being bolted down.
