Well I was having problems with the ess since it was still under warranty I took it to the dealer. Well I was surprised at the issue to say the least. So here is on more thing to check when you have the issue. When mine was built they put the nut on the starter before the wire so it would not always make the connection to start the jeep. I am disappointed in build quality of said jeep. I hope nothing else was done wrong

Usually a starter main cable has 2 nuts.. 1 securing the cable post (which is attached internally to the solenoid) to the housing, then the cable installed and last the nut securing the cable on the post.. sounds like stater cable wasnt tighten at the plant

No. Both nuts were on it. The one to hold the wire was on but the order of installation was wrong.

They said they have seen alot of crazy stuff but this was a new one. The mechanic called over the others to show them it

I understand that these issues happen and are frustrating as hell, but at least these are not engineering failures.
