Estimated ship date? how true/close?

Ordered a JTM (why not M? lol) from Gupton on 7/13, vin 7/15, was told on 8/9;

D1 - Gateline:plant has
sequenced the unit for
production,estimated ship date
assigned

The estimated ship date is 8/19, how true will this date hold out? I know at this point its mostly a W.A.G.

There is 1 item that must go to another vendor; the Spray in Bedliner, which could cause a delay in actual shipping.. In mine it was 10 days waiting on the carrier to load.

wonder then when it will be built and sent over to the bedliner shop. The dealer printout did not give a build date just that D1 code and ship date.

I sold my trade in, since, well you know everything is gone up in price and I got a few thousand more now rather than hope the used market is still up when this comes in. Once the new cars start shipping in quantity used prices will bottom quickly I think.

Where did you find the status code of your build? Jeep chat isn't providing them so I'm assuming you asked Daniel directly?

You are correct I asked Renee directly. She is the other "Daniel" but the real Daniel does the actual orders. Jeep chat would just say parts are gathered.
