F97 Radio fuse?

my center radio/hvac/nav screen is just blank. It wont turn on. I've tried pushing the radio power button, when I move the hvac fan knob, the fan does increase/decrease in speed, but it doesn't show up on the screen.

is the F97 fuse under the hood the one I want to look at first?

Any other suggestions before I phone the dealer?

Yes, if fuse F97 in the PDC is not pushed down properly/wiggles loose, is blown.... you will see the "center radio" as you call it black.... black just like you see when you press the radio OFF button.

See the pic below that poinst to F97. F97 is a good one to say mark with a spot of say white out
as it / F97 is a fuse that you will find you dealing with more, then say some other's.

Pulling F97 causes UConnect / your radio to reboot, this reboot will often remedy an issue that may arise..

Sure you can wait for UConnect to eventually / in a day or so reboot on it's own, but again, the F97 causes the reboot immediately.

---While vehicle is running, pull F97 for say 10 seconds and then plug F97 back in... that's it.... UConnect/Radio reboots. ----

Crap, tried removing while engine running, waited ten seconds, nothing happened. I'll try a longer period then call stealership.

Do try a different 20 Amp Yellow Micro fuse in there.... just to be sure your seeing no power is not just related to a bad fuse...

I tried a new fuse, still broken. =(

and on the fourth day, the radio came back on.......

It was 5 degrees out when the problem started, and 21 degrees out when the radio came back on....I also called the dealership and made an appointment for tomorrow, so perhaps Gladys heard me, and decided to straighten up.....
