I bought the factory aux switch panel off of Ebay for my 2020 Gladiator, but my gladiator does not have the factory wiring. I have a pig tail for the switch but the switch doesnt ohm out like a normal gated switch. Does anyone know how to wire it up without the integrated factory harness? I dont need it to be controllable by the computer via that management console I just want to use them to trip relays and control some lights.

thanks for the reply. I've watched it and really doesn't help because I don't have that harness with the POC module one it. I'm just trying to figure out if its possible to wire up the switch from the pigtail without the factory harness.

it has to interface with the PCD and other control systems.

It's not just a set of switches - it's a control panel for a set of relays controlled electronically through the truck's electronics.
There's no real way to simplify it other than make it a momentary on switch set (non-latching) but it won't handle any real current.
You need the rest of the system - or build something...

Those aren't "switches" the way an aftermarket aux switch is. They're CAN bus triggers to the BCM. The BCM is the "switch" and opens relays for accessories.

Thanks. Any idea where I can get a harness without spending $300-400?

Attached is the Aux Switch kit install instructions. I think you are better off selling what you have and just getting a full kit. It is a bit involved and there is some bits and pieces that need to be pinned inside the vehicle from engine bay and firewall.

The kit is also different than vehicles that came factory with it as they use an even different harness.

I did something crazy but it worked. I gutted the factory switch put micro dip switches into it with diode lights hooked to the dimmer. I used the cig lighter for keyed power, dimmer and ground given I removed it to add the trailer breaks controller anyway. Given the switches only need to trip the relay no issue with using low amp switches. Look perfect and works great.
