Been having this issue since day one! I've got my favorites filled, so I hear the beep notification a lot. I've learned to just wait a few seconds, if the button stays, then there is actually a favorite on, if it disappears, then it was false. I contacted Uconnect (I think??? was 8 months ago) about this and the support lady said Jeep was working on a software update to fix this specific issue. Was supposed to come out in October of 2021. I've not received any notice.
I think you can remove it if you bring up the Favorites menu while the song is playing. I have not looked to see if there is any way to edit the list.
To remove a Favorite, you have to wait until you get a notification on the screen that a Favorite is playing. Tap on the notice so it brings up the screen showing the song and channel. There is a page on that screen (center tab) that has a list of all the Favorites and the option to remove them.

My2016 JKUR was very clear; 50 songs and 50 artists. I checked the radion manual and got nowhere. Also had a favorite show up on the screen and decided to delete it but it wasn't on the list.
The amount of favorites doesn't seem to have changed. I would have to count, but it looks like 50 total. I traded my '20 Overland for a '23 High Altitude and added mine back in. If you Favorite the artist, instead of the title, you end up with a greater variety that is watched.Reviving an old thread. Yeah. My wife's Compass has the same limit 50 total. The JK was much better. I'm slowly deleting songs and replacing with artists. At least you can ignore songs you don't want to listen to.
