Context: I bought the Core 4x4 complete steering/suspension package some time back (control arms, trackbar, tie rod, whole nine yards). Finally getting around to tackling the front, and I noticed a design choice that I'm not a huge fan of. The steering stabilizer mount (which uses u-bolts to clamp the bracket down) seems like it will land right on the bend in the tie rod. To me, that doesn't feel like a great/secure spot.

What I'm attempting: Given that I have the Fox TS stabilizer, I'm trying to figure out how you relocate these. It's my understanding that relocation kits basically flip the mounting points: the passenger/tie rod end shifts over to mount on a new bracket that typically utilizes the trackbar mounting point. The factory axle mount/bracket is removed and now the stabilizer mounts to the tie rod near the center using a simple clamp bracket.

However, the Fox TS uses a custom bracket for mounting to the factory axle mount location. So is it even possible to relocate these? It seems like TS and ATS designs are fairly popular, so I'm curious how folks are relocating them (I can't imagine I'm the first).

Also, I considered switching to a dual stabilizer setup, but was advised against this option.

I know Fox themselves makes brackets: https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...ts-stabilizer-replacement-clamp-1-5-8in-black

Problem is I need a 1-3/4" clamp, which I know Yeti has: https://www.northridge4x4.com/part/...um-steering-stabilizer-damper-bracket-1-3-4in

But I assume that bolt head won't clear the stabilizer shaft - and not sure if the flush star bolt that Fox uses would fit. Could probably go through trial and error to make it work, but that's my original question: am I missing something obvious?
