Fender Chop LED kit for Max Tow Sport

I was thrilled to see that my max tow actually has the 2 piece fender as the thin LED upgrade has been on my list. Has anyone with a max tow done the fender chop thin LED upgrade? Any recommendations on where to find these and the better brands?

I checked it out but I would prefer to leave the outer plastic on the fender as I like that extra thick max tow fender. If I try it i'll post pics. I contacted AAL for the parts and asked him the question also.

I took some shots of the lip close and it looks like the trimming of the fender would be below that point so I think it should still look good without removing the inner fender part. So rather then looking weird, the lip would be gradual and smooth.
