Fender liner...help

Anyone know how I can repair the flimsy plastic directly under the fender flares in the wheel wells? The front of it near the lights looked pinned down, but right above the wheels in the wheel well the plastic is not anchored down and it’s hanging down so you can see it when next to the car. Any tips to get that back up under the wheel well securely? Thanks!!

I have saw where people use zip ties to hold them in place I am going to do that to my rubicon gladiator I just haven’t got around to doing it

With no pictures I’m going to assume it’s the part that is held in with plastic rivets?

Had mine replaced once already. They were flapping again on another long trip but I didn't do anything about it.

I showed my dealer the shredded inner fender liner and he said that it couldn't be repaired under warranty. And said he had never seen this before. Not sure I believe him.

Is this a good reason to up grade to the after market metal inter fender ?

Or will they too have an attachment issue ?

I’m looking into removing all under fender plastic. I see you’re moving in the right direction.
To answer your question. Drill holes and zip tie, modern day duct tape.

I zip tied mine preemptively when JL owners started reporting this.

Early JT models had thinner liners and were later corrected by vendor for the latest version, not sure of date cutoff for warranty.

I haven't actually found any aftermarket fender liners that work with stock fenders. I think you would have to replace fenders on all four corners with aftermarket fenders and then replace all fender liners to do this mod.
