Fenders

So I have a Hydro Blue Pearl Rubicon with black fenders with led lights and found someone who has the hydro blue paint matched fenders but on a sport model with halogen lights. Can I swap his fenders and put them directly onto mine? And swap out the halogen lights for my led lights? Or will the fenders sit lower under the flares? i have 35" tires right now.

Flares will be lower since they are from a sport. They'll fit though. Might rub, since you're on 35s

The fenders will mount no problem. They will be about 2 inches lower. The electrical connection is the same for LED and Halogen. The computer will need to be programed for the type light (LED or Halogen) installed. What I don't know is if Factory LED's have the same mounting configuration Halogen's. I will standby for the answer.

The new fenders will be lower and narrower (if no max tow) than stock. Don't do it. If you really want tall and wide paint matched fenders paint your current ones, wait, or buy after market high mounted ones and paint them blue.

Also you would probably need his liners.

Downgrade imo.
