Dealer did alignment, made no difference.
Good to hear you trust your dealer.
Me personally....... I trust then verify.
I’ve heard of others that had their dealers check or perform the alignment only to find it was still out of spec.
It is not a difficult thing to check OR adjust on your own and it IS something that will need to be done in the future as bushings wear and you get play in all of the steering connections which will once again cause you to get that wandering or loose steering feeling.

Here’s a simple and effective method you can do on your own and save yourself time and money.
The whole process literally takes no more than about 10 to 15 minutes to do.

NOTE:
I used this method and the video did not mention that you need to have the levels on your tires at a height BELOW the center of your wheels so that you can get the measuring tape to cross underneath all your frame and components AND to take the measurements with the tape measure touching the treads of the tires. Another thing to note is to make sure the levels are resting on the sidewalls where they are smooth and NOT on any raised lettering which could throw off getting a proper measurement across the levels. It would be ideal to have the levels touch off on the rims and avoid the raised lettering issue all together but you would need to make some type of standoff or spacer to do so. I myself bought a pair of aluminum levels for $14 each and will drill a couple holes to add a couple bolts spaced apart so as to rest on the outer flat of the rims.

Update: went to check the rubi out again the other day, saw a few more couldn’t make up my mind on the color we were about 2k apart on price as well so decided to walk for the moment.

Tire pressure was at 42 as well.

As far as selection there is only about 80 rubis in 200 miles and to make things a little more difficult I’d prefer the saddle leather.

Thanks everyone for the feed back huge perk being apart of the Jeep community.

I test drove 3 JTs , all drove pretty much the same, I finally bought one off the lot, it came off the truck 2 hours before I saw it, made a deal on a Friday night on the phone, picked it up Monday after work, never test drove it. Took it for a 250 mile ride the following weekend after driving to work all week, adjusted tire pressure and it has been great, running around 33 psi , also has a ZEON 10s winch in the factory bumper, perfect on the road, so buy it if it is what you want, get some miles on it, make the common sense adjustments first, if that doesn’t work then get the dealer involved. Has every new pair of shoes fit perfect right out of the box ?
