Hi everyone. Have a CVT Expedition RTT and while being stored this summer, the rain cover seems to have separated. I'm assuming it was due to heat but I'm not 100% sure. See the pics below.

Anyone have ideas on a way to fix this? Or should take the whole things off and look at getting a separate rain cover for the tent?

Is this an older tent? Don't see a Expedition one listed. It looked unzippered but it's not? I'd get a hold of CVT and see what they recommend.

It's from 2022, from my understanding it was a model that they didn't end up mass producing and sold their initial run at a steep discount. Considering they did a full product line refresh not long after, it makes sense. It resembles the Pioneer 2 in almost every way (the attached travel cover being one of the differences).

Given those facts I don't expect nor demand much from CVT. I knew what it was when I bought it. I suppose a quick email asking never hurts, but I was hoping someone had some experience re-sealing things like this that could point me towards a good method or product.

Take it to a bag maker and they'll stitch it up.
