For those who sold their camping/overlanding rigs, did you sell as a complete unit (Gladiator with camper installed), or separately?

I'm getting the itch to simplify. If you sold your camping setup, did you sell it as a complete rig, or sell the Gladiator and camper separately? Has anyone traded?

I haven’t done this yet but one day I will.
If you have the Alu-Cab canopy camper I think you’d get a better price selling it separately. Keep in mind that you won’t get what you paid for it.

Conversely you could offer it up either way but the last thing I’d do would be to trade it in. You might try www.expeditionportal.com as there are a lot of Overlanders there.

Most all that I have seen sold were done separately. It would be more flexible to sell the camper separately I think since many are looking for a deal on the camper that already have a truck. I sold my first Alu-Cab Canopy Camper fairly quick. I had bought it used myself, so it is with it's third owner now. I think you are going to lose a lot more money on the camper if you leave it on the truck unless you find that one person, looking for the same build that you have.
