I’m impressed. Fast response from them based on email.
I am too, I would have expected a “ your ticket had been successfully submitted and will be answered in the order it was received in the next 3-15 business days, please note due to exceptionally high volume responses may be delayed or ignored entirely as we see fit” like I seem to get from many other companies these days.

A real response is something to give credit for!

Oh man. You’ve been through that too much. I’m glad @ORACLElights stepped up. Hope they do for the guy with the burn on the heating element.

That would be me. They have been very responsive to me as well. I am sending them back so they can take a look at the issue (as soon as I can find a big enough box). Back to the halogens for awhile unfortunately.

Expensive lights. Glad they stand by their product.

@ORACLElights does the halo lead need to be installed for the heating element to work? I noticed no indicator light this evening and the temp displayed on the dash was 30 degrees F.

Long day yesterday getting the headlights, fogs, bumper, and winch all installed. Went for a cruise in the snow this morning out to some state forest land to pre-tension the winch line and headlight heaters kicked on and did what they were supposed to do.

Oaky, think I answered my own question. I hooked up the halo lead and voila, indicators and heating elements kicked on.

Yep. Mine are starting to brown at the top points on both lights. I've sent an email to Oracle, so we'll see what happens and I'll keep updating! @ORACLElights

Ditto… noticed both of mine are doing it too. I also noticed the one in the bottom pic doesn’t seem to be heating anymore either. @ORACLElights
