I am too, I would have expected a “ your ticket had been successfully submitted and will be answered in the order it was received in the next 3-15 business days, please note due to exceptionally high volume responses may be delayed or ignored entirely as we see fit” like I seem to get from many other companies these days.I’m impressed. That would be me. They have been very responsive to me as well. I am sending them back so they can take a look at the issue (as soon as I can find a big enough box). Back to the halogens for awhile unfortunately.Oh man. You’ve been through that too much. I’m glad @ORACLElights stepped up. Hope they do for the guy with the burn on the heating element.

Oaky, think I answered my own question. I hooked up the halo lead and voila, indicators and heating elements kicked on.@ORACLElights does the halo lead need to be installed for the heating element to work? I noticed no indicator light this evening and the temp displayed on the dash was 30 degrees F.
