The collars that come with the Fox slip right onto the Synergy bolt but the stabilizer end itself will not. Don't think it's an alignment issue of the stabilizer end, but could be. Feels like it's just too narrow.

This is technically the JK model but was told it's all the same just the other end mounting between bracket or tie rod is different.

What gives?

Had the same problem when I tried to do mine. Don't force it using the screw on the end like I did which was working at first until it stripped since the screw appears to be aluminum(mine is non-magnetic). I ended up going with the fox bolt instead.

You could also probably take some course sand paper and sand the bolt down a couple thousands of an inch.

Just spoke to Synergy, apparently there's a bushing on the fox to be removed. Will report back shortly.

I just noticed you have the rpm steering, the fox bolt will be really close to interfering. The yeti relocation bracket won't although you will have to drill to mount it. When I switched to rpm I moved to the yeti since It was just too close for comfort with the fox bracket

My Falcon stabilizer fits with no clearance issues, it's the RPM tie rod only, plenty of space with the stock drag link.

After a few minutes with 150 grit the Fox slipped right on.

Next question is I've seen that there's some better options than the button head hex Synergy supplies. Any guidance? That button head is very soft.
