Wanted to thank Phlegmon for paying it forward. He was selling these Fox 2.5s and since he is a user of the supercharger files I produce, he gave me a killer discount. To me that is a hobby forum at its best.
Anyway on to the technical. I am using the shocks with the Mopar 2.5" lift. They fit perfectly and are marked left and right so you really cannot mess up. To put them in I just jacked up on the frame rail until the corresponding tire lifted. The fully extended 2.0 came out easy and the 2.5 bolted right back in. In the front I had to trim the plastic fender liner ever so slightly, but it was super easy with a utility knife. Watch the harness behind the liner on the passenger side, I threw a block of wood behind the liner to protect it. The frame horns were not to bad to drill with decnet Milwaukee titanium drill bits, the self tappers mounted the front remote resivors right up.
Started with the suggested 3 clicks open from Fox. Hit my local off road test spot and then a really broken interstate. Adjust front low speed 2 clicks more and the rear low speed one click less. Needless to day it is a very decent ride at speed, heaves and holes disappear and offroad I can take the articulation areas and whoops at a decent space without bobble heading
