Freedom panel adjustment to stop whistling?

I can’t seem to locate the whistling sound coming from the freedom panel / A puller area on the drivers side. So far i’ve inspected and cleaned the seals around the doors and the top of the windshield. I have also tried re-installing the panel.

Is there a way to adjust the freedom panel so that it has more sealing pressure?

Loosen all the top bolts, install the freedom panels at 4 windshield latches only, tighten up the bolts again with a little forward pressure from the rear, then latch in with all 8 panel latches. (there are 2 bolts you'll need to remove the panels to get to)

EDIT: Also make sure the windshield fold-down bolts along the top are properly tight.

I wasn't able to loosen the hard top bolts due to having a child seat in the backseat that I didn't feel like removing. However, I did pull both freedom panels to clean all the seals and checked the windshield fold-down bolts. The bolt in the top left corner of the drivers side wasn't tight so I snugged it down. Unfortunately that didn't help and I still have a whistling noise. I'll try reposition the hard top this weekend.

I probably don't have to point this out but make sure you're putting the passenger side panel before the driver's side. The driver's side sits on top of the seal of the passenger panel. I had whistling the first time I put them on in the wrong order

That is a valid point and could help someone searching for an answer to this problem. However, this is my second Jeep with a hard top so I'm familiar with the removal / installation process and can confirm that isn't the problem.

I have a whistle that starts at around 67 mph and continues to 75ish where it is drowned out but I presume still making noise. I always try to push my panels are far forward as possible without leaving a huge gap where the front of the top meets the back of the panels but that hasn't solved it either.

Mine does it at low speeds and occasionally at highway speeds. As for gaps in the panels, they all appear to be even and nothing jumps out to me as the problem.
