I couldn't find an existing thread to tie onto, so I'll start another one.

As I was installing my lift this afternoon I noticed I don't have a FAD. There is just a block off plate.

This is now a standard feature for model with 4Hi auto capable transfer cases equipped. As far as I can tell at least.

Sounds like you have the full time T-case, just as a wild guess. I do find it interesting that OEM would still have the FAD on the axle tube. On XJ's and other prior Jeeps they wouldn't have it on full time T-case equipped models. For that matter the TJ's too.
