So the last time time the dealer replaced the front axle seals they fubared my front fill plug. I’m going to have to drill or chisel it out! I am trying to find the thread size so I can get a replacement. Lots of websites have conflicting information as to what the proper plug is. Anyone know what size/thread type is or have an extra they want to let go of?

It's a 3/4"-14 NPT plug.

Take it back to the dealer and have them deal with it if they touch it last.
Well it’s been about 6 months since I had it at the dealer and now out of warranty. It would also be a finger pointing on who did what. Plus it’s a few weeks to even get it into the dealer. This mess up is the reason I do my own work, but since they covered the seal replacement it was easier to have them do it.

Look at when they switch the cover. I would definitely point the finger at them. That's a fluid people don't check or mess with, pretty easy to point on that one.

Very true. I’ll look at when they have an opening.
