Front facing camera not working...blue screen of death!

I bought an aftermarket front facing camera for my '20 JTR on Amazon, which is made by Eway. Camera installed with no issues, however i've never been able to get it to display on the screen. I updated my Z Automotive Tazer to allow for the front cam feature and that's all there. I installed the pin out (21/22) behind the head unit per the instructions for my model year as instructed. However, all i get is the blue screen with no camera image. I even tried the 24/25 pin out for earlier model Jeeps thinking that because my jeep was built in Jan that it was right on the edge. Still no luck.

Anyone else experience this, have suggestions, etc?
I already bought another unit thinking maybe a got a dud...same issue.

Have you try rolls the pair? It's just an analog video, it won't hurt to try.

Edit: did you bench test it? You can test it with any analog monitor.

You did download and follow the ZAutomotive instructions for adding the analog camera?

You are using the Cargo Camera input and not the Front Camera input on the head unit?

ZAutomotive also sells a pre-made cable for connecting the camera, goes between the head unit and factory harness. But they want about $80 for it.
