Frustrated....They Still Have Not Ordered My Gladiator?

My local dealer has been telling me for 2 weeks now that they cannot process the order for my Gladiator because the website has glitches. They said when they choose the color it says they have to order dual doors, or when they choose Gorilla glass they can't choose the diesel option. Has anyone else ran into this? I can't believe I am at the point of "Yes, order the Gladiator" and nothing is happening.

Dude just go to another dealer. I ordered this week and it took no time at all. Did not do diesel but I can't imagine that's a real problem either. I went with Gupton btw.

Thanks, I am getting to that point but wanted to get some feedback from others that ordered in the last week or two before I jump ship.

You could at least just reach out for a quote from someone else. That will tell you if your dealer is just confused.

I think I will call Gupton in about an hour and talk with them.

Haha hell yeah I did. Went with White/Saddle. Gobi would've been nice too, but man winter just reminded how bad I need/want a new Jeep. No color or option was worth waiting any more than I already have, and once I decided that it became shockingly easy for me to place an order.

So I just talked with Gupton and they are very friendly. She told me if you want the Proximity sensor on a Sport S you have to get the dual door option...….Wow, thanks Jeep!

If it's the same as the '20-'21 MY Gladiators, adding the proximity sensors after purchase is a fairly easy/inexpensive option.

Upon further research I do not see the "Popular Equipment Package" in the 2022 Brochure but it is in the dealer build site. Perhaps a remnant option from 2021? Who knows.
Also in the brochure "Remote Prox. Keyless Entry" (RPKE) is included in the Tech Group for 2022 and is an option for a "Sport" but if you choose it you must add a dual door option to get it. I think what my dealer was doing is picking the tech package and then the RPKE on its own and got the prompt to add dual door package. This is nuts trying to figure this stuff out! LOL
