My '20 JTR was about 20-21 mpg, 17.5 if I was getting into it more. 13.5 towing a 6x8.
Same JTR with General 37s & Methods corrected with Taser was as high as 19mpg, but around the hills of Snowshoe WV was more like 17.5 unless loaded.
With 1/2 rack and RTT, 15.5mpg.

My most current JTR ('22) is stock, but has Yak. storage boxes and gets 16.8mpg.
You best have some good tires fixing to snow . I'm in lewis County we are gonna get 5 total between 2 days you probably a 12'

Just for reference… I’ve had my 2024 Mojave X since March . Currently 5,000 miles. Bone stock 33’s …no lift, etc. I’m lucky to see 14-15mpg day to day driving. If I’m on the highway for a long trip, I might see 15-17mpg. I use 87 octane gas. I’ve tried higher octane gas but that didn’t make any difference.
I’ve also verified the MPG listed in the DIC with manual calculations.

From what I’ve read….it might get better MPG with more miles on it….. so we’ll see.

In the summers - we tow a bas boat pretty regularly, so its hard to get an idea of what the mileage would be. But…it’d be around 13-14mpg with towing miles.
My twin! Bought my Mojave X in April, currently 5000 miles. Just back from a 1000 mile drive, and averaged about 14MPG. Maybe 16 going south, but on the way home I was driving 70 into a wind of 15MPH.

I get closer to 17-18 in my version of around town driving. But get over 70MPH and it drops a lot. At this speed it was in 7th gear most of the time--rarely shifting to 8th.

Anyway, nice to see others experience with the exact model I have so I do not wonder if there is a problem.

Apart from the Mojave aspect, this sounds very similar to what I’m seeing…
