Isn't Barret Jackson an auction of used cars? I was not aware that they had new vehicles.

I have never been to one but I have spent lots on hours in my chair watching them on the TV.

Barrett Jackson is an auction of used cars, yes. But a lot of manufacturers like Ford and Dodge have floors for new vehicles.

Do what I did go get a second one I have one that I opened and one that I kept sealed and put away. I'm sure there is more than one Jeep dealer around you. I got my second one because my wife went and got one and gave it to me.

Called a dealership, they said they had the brochures. I drive 20 mins to the dealership and ask about the brochures. They had the brochures, but they were all open and none of them has the multitool. I asked about the multitool and they had no idea what I was talking about. Boo. I guess I know where I'm not going to order a gladiator...

That sucks you should go back up there to the person and show them a picture before they were opened, and let them know you will be ordering you Gladiator from the other dealership.

Yeah I think this lady didn't know anything about it. I'm guessing some other person just nabbed them all

The thing I didn't like was that she pounced and asked if I wanted to buy a service plan for my current Jeep, a 2000 TJ. Just made me feel slimy haha

Yeah I would love to buy a 10 year bumper to bumper warranty on my 2000TJ as well as the service plan and paint protection please.

I just got back from the dealership in McKinney Texas. They have the brochures but not the tools. They said they haven't got the tools shipped in yet. I'm pretty sure they're lying to me. Seeing as how they come shipped together in plastic and my brochure was not in plastic.
