Hi, folks…
I was planning to buy a set of the Bastrop soft doors (front only) for my Gladiator as I much prefer running without the hard doors…wanted soft doors in case I get caught out in a storm and need to throw the soft doors on quickly.
I’ve looked at a few reviews on YouTube (and read several posts on here) that the doors leak badly. Is there not another viable alternative to the Bestop doors?
I did read that you sort of have to “preload” the door frames to get them to seal well, but then other people are saying they leak badly no matter how much adjusting you do.
I live in Texas and we get quite a bit of rain in the spring and summer. Basically, I’m wanting to get soft doors to keep as much water out as possible until I can get home and put the Rain Gear cover on. That thing keeps everything bone dry in my truck.
