I guess I can post here as well...

My order would have gone in 03/08. Got the VON immediately of course.
Got my VIN yesterday on 03/10 through Jeep chat.
Hit the chat again today and they informed me it was in scheduling for production which I believe just correlates to a D status, and told me to check back next week.

Rubicon
Diesel
Gobi of course
Saddle Leather
M/Ts... not that they'll last long
Body color hard top
Steel bumper
Front cam
Body color fenders
Aux switches
Cold weather
LED lighting
Trailer tow

I've got an 87 Comanche, 04 Ram SRT10, and 82 Grand Wagoneer for sale if anybody's interested...

Ohio does blow! Just kidding kind of not really. Northern Ohio born and raised, it's not that bad.
The lack of good wheeling close is kind of a bummer out there. I have some crazy Wellsville experiences.
The lake life is great for 6 months of the year. Then 6 months of waiting for decent weather. And like you mentioned, literally nothing around trail-wise.

Planning a Utah Mighty 5 roadtrip next April.

I just sold my Comanche to order my Gladiator. I'll also be selling my LJ and a Miata too. I'm holding out for Earl, but may end up considering Gobi.

I'm so excited Gobi is back. I really wanted to order one in 2020. Loved the color right off the bat, but it just wasn't financially possible then. Used ones are few and far between, and rarely have the options I wanted.....so heart broken, I waited for something else. Reading through the forums, and hearing the rumor mill churning for months it finally happened. To my surprise Jeep pulled out a win in bringing this back and I couldn't miss my opportunity. So today I put a deposit on an order of
Sport S with Max Tow
Black Cloth Seats
Aux Switches
Cold Weather Group
Convenience Group
Spray in Bedliner
Popular Equipment Group
Black Hardtop
8.4" Radio Group
LED Lighting Group
Gloss Black Wheels

How much for the LJ?

Traded in my '14 GC for this Overland, gonna get the bed sprayed in the next couple days. Wife wasn't happy at first but it's growing on her. May take a while to sneak in the overlanding parts lol

I wonder when they'll have enough orders to start producing the gobis... It's my understanding they do colors in batches. And they still haven't even changed over the configurator on the website.

I feel like it might be a while.

From what I can see of past website support, it seems that the website is merely an afterthought. Such a shame to have the ability to market and integrate changes and updates that would broadly reach your audience and merely drop the ball at so many turns...I.e.: Outdated pricing, product choices (onboarding and off-boarding of option such as paint colors, etc). For instance, why would you have a website that lets your customer go in and “build“ a 2021 Mojave with a discontinued “Nacho” color today, 3/26/22 when that color closed out, i don’t know, a year ago? Oh, and Jeep isn’t building 2021 Gladiators any longer! So, stupid to leave that potential rabbit hole in the wild to waste a ”customer’s” time with a website that you control. Such poor client facing interactions show lack of planning and execution that may cost them sales when the tables of supply and demand turn on them. Very unprofessional Jeep!

So I contacted Jeep Chat on Saturday, (still in scheduling). I also asked if the production is scheduled by color batches. Randy's response was, " I don't work in the plant, I dont know how they are scheduled for production." Which sounded a bit dick-ish to me.

I asked why Tuscadero Pink is still active on the Wrangler build site and why the Gobi is not present yet on the Gladiator site.

His reply was that the Jeep site is a "dealer tool" for vehicles that are built and are available on the lots. Tuscadero still shows active because there is inventory to be found. Gobi is not represented because there is no on-the-lot inventory.

I have always thought it was strange when you build your Jeep, they always try to push you to a dealership for a similar build, but I guess that is the case as the website is there to support the dealers and to get the built inventory sold.

Perhaps, that was their intention when they built it out, but I call BS! So, maybe “Randy” could show us where there is dealer lot that still has a new ‘21 Nacho Mojave just sitting and waiting for this supposed “dealer tool” website to funnel us customers to based on our website builds?

…Even a mouse gets a piece of cheese after they run their maze.

Yeah, I think you are right - probably no 2021 Gladiators out there.

I am fairly certain that the "lot" inventory and the website updates are at least 3 months off. You'd think there would be an IT guy who could make these model updates in about 2 minutes, site wide.

So, get this, I was on Truecar earlier today, because I have a mojave order I’m working on and sometimes they kick out a special factory based rebate through truecar; and Truecar actually shows the current limited Gobi color at the new marked up price! So, I think it’s bonkers that Truecar is doing a better job of updating Jeep’s changes on their website than Jeep does on their own website. Wow Jeep, way to be a out to lunch in your own house!

Gobi is back in the Jeep configurator online.
Good, now I can build mine and just stare at it until the real one shows up.
