Gorilla glass

Has anyone had to call Jeep to get the gorilla glass warranty honored? Long story short caught a rock the dealership drug their feet and by the time the claim was submitted it was denied due to being out of size limits. I was told the warranty only covers cracks the size of a dime and less than 3”.

Interesting - I got nailed the other day and the line is about 3/4 of an inch. I was going to ask the guys in Bartow when I take it for service later this month. I'll post what they say.

Take a pic of it now as proof, it may spread by the time you take it in…

The dealership covered my glass, but it was never hit by a rock. It cracked center bottom while driving down the street. They said stress might have cracked it. Good luck if you get them to replace rock damage.

That stufff seems to break as often as standard glass and cost twice as much.
