Gutter/t slot rack cross bars

Howdy team,

is anyone out there familiar with a cab rack cross bar that can be compatible with both a gutter mount footing over the cab, and in my case a t slot footing over the truck bed rails??

looking for a cab rack bar for transporting a long canoe.
While am at it thought it would be super convenient if those cab cross bars could also double as low profile over the truck bed bars.
