Much better than turf tires. I would get even braver and surely need the winch to get it out.
That's what happens. LOL
I could go forward and back in the muddy ruts, but couldn't get out and the trees shut me down.

When I first bought the place I was using a MF super 90 to cut back the brush around the pond. It hasn't had brakes for 20 years or so. Knowing this, I would back to the edge let it roll back while finding a forward gear. One time I had about half of the super 90 wheel in the pond.
What would have been more surprising about you post would be if you said your mf super had good brakes. Drove alot of tractors like that when I was a kid and you rarely drove one with brakes. We had a super mta and my dad never wanted us to use the brakes because they went out so easily. Made life interesting. Now in the JD 8 series tractors they only want you to use the brake and keep your foot off the clutch I you have an IVT transmission. That was a hard change for me.

Yes! Normally whatever you where pulling were the brakes. Backing downhill towards the pond was quite risky.
