I've got a few total is under $1500 but one of the most used items.
- A good air compressor
- MorrFlate tire inflator/deflator https://morrflate.com/product-category/morrflate-multi-tire-air-kits/
- SkidMark 4x4 hitch skid plate https://www.skidmark4x4.com/
- Rusty's lower control arm frame skid - https://www.rustysoffroad.com/rustys-rear-lower-control-arm-frame-side-skid-plates-jt-gladiator.html

The rear lower control arm frame side are super vulnerable due to the wheel base and control arm location.

Another good buy are a set of wrenches. If you don't have a battery operated impact wrench, and impact bits, that would be another good buy.

Mojave owner.
My favorite mods $1500 or less has to be Apex autoLYNX sway bar disconnect and Innovative JK Products under the seat 4 tire air system. You will have a couple hundred left over.
The autoLYNX is a great price and good innovation. If I had a non-Rubicon I'd totally buy those... I take that back. I have had issues with my electric disconnect lol, maybe something like this is in the future.

$1500? Ohhh. Gas. Next trip to N.C. would burn 1/2 that.

I'd probably add some more underarmor. I have a full belly skid and front LCA skids, but I'd go with a couple more somethings... Ideas? Maybe rear LCA skids, diff skids ...or a new clutch.

There’s nothing that I could spend $1,500 on for my JT…at this point..that wouldn’t open up some other can of worms.

I.e. My first thought when I hear spend $1,500 is “new front bumper and winch.” The problem with that is then I’ve got to do something to fix the (likely) sag in the front end. I.e. Leveling kit or lift.

Then there’s the extra weight. I’d possibly be less happy with the 4.10’s and want to re-gear to 4.88. That $1,500 would likely end up costing me at least another $3,000+.
