Buy the piece of property away from people. Jeep in only. Being as I already have the Jeep don't need to worry about that. In the winter time I'd have to Backcountry snowboard into. Peace and quiet. Build my octagonal home.

I have the money already set aside to buy my 2022 Mango Tango Pearl Gladiator in cash when it comes out. If I have to finance to get that extra 1% off invoice then so be it.
But with the $100K you mention, well I’d buy some property up in the Central Valley of California where my granddaughter is, set her up to have a way better life than my wife and I, and our children have.
Hopefully I can help raise her wise enough to move the hell out of California.
