Halogen / LED Fog Light swap Issue

Recently bought and installed a Mopar OEM bumper on my JTR. Installed a Warn winch at same time. Install went fine. My vehicle has Halogen head and fog lights from factory. The new bumper came with LED fog lights. They plug in okay but when I turn the fog lights on they light for an instant and then turn off. No code or anything, they just will not stay on. The dealer told me they should work since plug/play but he says I have a short somewhere. I don't. I have checked and rechecked the circuit and every inch of the wire affected by the new bumper install. I have a Tazer on vehicle as well. Can this be a Tazer settings issue? Never gave it a second thought that the bumper would come with LED fogs but it did. Was just going to put the old fogs back on but they appear to have different bolt center dimensions. Guess I'm missing something here. Anyone deal with same issue?

Use the Tazer to adjust the Fog light settings from Halogen to LED.

Mine came with halogens all around. Tazer setting for LED heads, fogs, and DRLs worked perfectly for mine.
