Halogen to LED problem

Hi, has anyone had this problem with replacing Halogen bulbs with LED. I have a 2021 JT Willys. I replaced the headlights and fog lights with LED plug and play bulbs.

After installing i realized that the passenger side fender light stays illuminated white and does not change to the all amber like it is supposed to when the headlight switch is put all the way to the right. Has anyone experienced this before? Or know of a fix?

Did you use a taser or other programmer to set it to LED versus halogen? That was a similar issue I experienced.

First mistake was using really cheap bad bulbs to try to upgrade headlights with so-called "plug and play" bulbs.
Do it right and get decent lights and actually upgrade.
The last thing I would ever do is buy Chinese bulbs for headlights in an attempt to change from halogen to LED.
The reflectors, the housings are different.
You may end up being "one of those" who blind oncoming drivers.

Further - there's likely programming involved.
The truck is expecting halogen and you put in LED.
I'd personally send all that junk back and buy quality stuff from Oracle or DiodeDynamics or similar.

Lights like that aren't truly intended for modern vehicles and are seldom actually plug and play.
First clue - the price.

Suggestion - skip the cheap, do some research, some reading here on the best way to "upgrade" and read about the possible negatives of sticking LED bulbs in halogen housings/reflectors. There's reasons the housings are very different.
There's a ton of discussion on how to do it, how to NOT do it, and the programming needed in many cases.
You MAY need something like JSCAN, AlfaOBD or if you want to spend some $$ - tazer. (likely not since you cheaped out on bulbs)

I didn’t have your problem however, my LED lights are reversed … low beam is high beam and high beam is low beam. ?

I appreciate the input. im in the process of pulling the bulbs out putting the halogens back in for now and look into getting something else. I cheaped out just because i thought it may work, but its cheap chinese crap apparently.

They’ll work you’ll just need to program or add resistance. Modern day LED headlight drop-ins are not what they used to be. The diode is in the exact same spot as the halogen filament which produces and identical beam pattern as the halogen. Assuming you got those and not the super cheap bulbs with LEDs all the way around it then you’ll be fine as far as not blinding oncoming traffic.

Also, get a tazer. It’s worth it. Not just for the LED swap but for all the other beat features it has. Someone is always selling one in the classifieds on this forum.

Oracle has some nice LEDs. I swapped out halogen headlights and fog lights for oracles LED solution. I’m happy with the products overall. The only thing I’m sorta “eh” on is that the focal point is like a dot in the middle of the bulb. Compare this to the factory LEDs which looks like a rectangle going across the middle, i think that’s cleaner than oracles look.

But that’s just a perspective thing. I haven’t had any issues with them yet.

Ya im looking at oracles right now, as well as getting a Jscan or tazer since this wont be the only thing ill be upgrading now thay the bumper to bumper warranty is up

I just installed a set of Oracle LED conversion headlight bulbs and there are a couple of things i do not understand.
There seems to be an adjustment for left-hand drive autos and right-hand drive.
And also the 9 and 3 position; after replacement the bulb itself seems to be in a 10 and 2 position.
The headlights shine about 4 inches higher than the old halogens.
Any help would be helpful.
