Halogen to LED

So my question is........ When switching all lights from Halogen to LED I notice many have an anti-flicker module as part of the assembly. So do I have to tell the jeep I am running LED with all new lighting or no? I have J Scan just wondering what is the correct procedure?

For the LED headlights, fogs and fender bulbs that I used to replace the factory halogens, I did not have to program with jscan.

The only lights I programmed for was the oracle tail lights.

I've only seen people program when using the OEM LEDs.

If you have the JSCAn, then you have the option to try different things.

I put LEDs in my Volvo prior to getting the Jeep. The low beam cut off was terrible but it was very bright. A huge improvement.

I ended up buying some H9s (65 watt) and cutting the fitting down so it would fit in the low beam socket for the 55 watt H11 low beams. This gave me a really good improvement in low beam reach but maintained the good cut off. (My old low beams were pretty smoked, so part of the improvement was just the switch to new bulbs)

I did put LED bulbs in my high beams. I figured lack of cut off would not matter since I only use them when nobody is around to blind. They worked EXCELLENT in that role.
