Hard spot in steering while close to full lock?

Anyone have a hard spot they can feel in the steering wheel when turned to almost full lock?

mine does this going both all the way to lock and back off of it. There’s a little build up of resistance and then a slight pop/thud you can feel in the wheel when it passes that spot. Only really noticeable when you do it slowly while stopped. this happens on soft dirt and concrete.

I do have a steel steering box.

I would confirm you don't have a real estate conflict underneath. Stock draglink/tie rod/stabilizer?

good point. Got hung up on the steering box issues that I didn’t even think it could be another component causing it.

everything stock except for an adjustable trackbar.

time to climb underneath.

If you are completely stock except for the trackbar, it's likely something else.
