hard top pricing

i love my soft top so easy to open but looking hard top option 10 years from now hitting 63 and retirement then . Is this price correct ? what elase do i have to purchase .I just want a black hard top $1055 doesnt seem right i need all 3 sections not just the rear half .

I purchased the premium softtop only, then started looking into hardtops. In all my research, all required parts for the conversion total $2,400 if purchased after the fact. I searched High and low to find one used, and that still cost me $1,600. You can sometimes save money if you purchase just the back section for $1,100 and then wait for besttop to offer a sale for their sun rider for $800. But I wanted the hardtop for road trips, reduced cabin noise, and additional mounting options, so that wasn’t an option for me.

Yes, just the rear. The part description says:
"Required: 001"

"001" are listed as the left and right Freedom Panels.

I’ve looked at every exploded view and price, that price and piece is referring to just the rear section. You will also need the two freedom panels, the rear two latch points for the freedom panels, the front two latches for the freedom panel, several torx bolts for the rear section, and my understanding is the freedom panels come without the 90* latches, so you need those also. If you look at the exploded view, you also need the weather stripping for the panels and rear section, etc.
