Hardtop removal tools in center console?

I was reading my manual and noticed it said the tools to remove the hardtop should be in the center console, but mine was empty upon taking receipt of the truck. Is this a mistake or are there supposed to be tools in there? If not there, has anyone found them somewhere else in the vehicle or are they not, in fact, included? Thanks.

Mine came with under rear seat storage compartments. My tool kit was in there.

Thanks, everyone. Mine are either buried in some hard to find location or got left out from dealer. Not in any of those places nor in the camo bag.

The tools were not in my jeep. After I got home and found them missing the dealer gave me a set. It would be easy for someone to pocket them in a test drive.

this happened to me. what we couldn't find was teh rubber floor matts. That took longer for them to find than a good interest rate!
