Has anyone installed the MP Concepts Aluminum bumper on a JT Rubicon?

Do I need to buy any special Rubicon fog-light brackets to use my factory Mojave fogs???
Or is that included?

If you’re going to buy one you want to make sure to get the right one.

And one for the Gladiator but doesn’t work for the rubicon or the Mojave. I confirmed that the one for the wrangler is the one to get if you have a rubicon or Mojave. Otherwise you would want the Gladiator version. You can double check this my calling Extreme Terrain customer support and they will check that for you.

I'll definitely double check with E.T. to make I get the right one - which sounds like the Wrangler version since I have a Mojave. (TBH, I didn't even realize there was a 'Gladiator' version.)

I'm also thinking of getting this, given the weight savings - and $'s savings - vs. the MOPAR steele version (also solves for the wimpy winch plate):

(I don't really need a winch, but I figure better to have and never need, right? Plus it does complete "the look" LOL) Thoughts on this set up?

The winch is an option but if you won’t need it you can save yourself the money and just keep the covers on. I added the Rough Country 12,000 lb winch with synthetic rope. I was surprised the weight difference between steel cable and synthetic. Offhand I don’t remember but I think it was about 20 lbs.
I measured my fender heights before and after install and there was no change.

I installed this bumper on my mojave with the included winch plate and had no problems. It was bought for a JL but the guy could not get it installed so gave it to me.

Sadly ET and Quadratec have abandoned having knowledgeable people on the phones and have gone with the cheap, call center route. The call takers at ET take orders for Jeeps, Fords, Chevy's, etc. and which company they tell you they are simply depends on which phone line rings.

I’ve had the opposite experience with ET. I’ve called their CS several times for details about items and, although the rep didn’t know the answer of the top of their heads they did know how to research the subject and give me the info I needed to make the correct purchase.

You are the exception than the rule in my opinion and experiences. I have not had a positive experience with ET ever. I bought from them 3 times and each one had issues. Defective product with poor to non-existent support, lying about stock status, no response to request for status or request for assistance and flat out giving me incorrect product fitment info. As far as I'm concerned. 3 strikes and you are out.

Quadratec used to be good but a few years ago there was a mass exodus of people who knew Jeeps and they were replaced with call center people. Now it's a coin toss if you can get someone to give you a good answer or not. Getting CS is next to impossible. A friend had an issue a year or so ago where he couldn't get any help (for over a year) until I posted in a forum about his issue. That finally got their attention.

That is very unfortunate.
Definitely not what we want from our suppliers. I have no experience with Quadratec CS but ET I have used several times with good results
