This is a new 23 Sport S with cold weather package, just took delivery on Monday.

The driver's side seat and steering wheel heat came on when I started the vehicle initially at the dealer and subsequent times.. I then started fiddling, and switched the setting to "remote start only" and now they do not come on with the remote start OR the push button start even after I switched the setting back to "both."

Is there another setting I am possibly missing? Thanks for any help. It would be nice to have these turn on, especially when I start it remotely with my phone or fob... it can get pretty cold here.

I believe it only works if the temp is read at 40 degrees or lower by the Jeep, which takes a little driving before the temp sensor reads the actual temp and not the last reading it took from your previous drive.

Yes it can be frustrating. The sensor doesn't update when it starts just when it drives. So I'll start mine at 30 degrees but they don't come on because it still thinks it is 45 like when I parked it earlier . Now if parked overnight outside i would think it would read correctly and they should come on .

Well, it has been unseasonably warm here lately so that is probably why. Thanks for the replies!
