I’m installing AEV RX front bumper and I’m stuck... It appears tow loops brackets will not fit on mojave. There is another bracket of sorts (welded permanently preventing this bracket from fitting. Has anyone else seen this? If so, how did you remedy? THANK YOU!

I hope not, that’s above my skill level... Have you run into same challenge with mojave bumper?
Ive not. Ive ordered an ARB on account of the AEV price; so im not sure what Ill have to do for that one yet.

Dont sell yourself short, it isnt hard. Just go slow and remove small amount of material at a time until youre comfortable. If you dont have a grinding tool and dont want to buy one; or just decide you dont want to, just cruise the truck as it sits over to your local shop and have them cut it back. ?

In your picture, it looks like you're trying to install the tow hook on the inside of the frame rails.
Is that correct?

The instructions and images show that tow hooks go on the outside of the frame rails.

It could just be the angle the picture was taken, but it looks like the interior side of drivers frame rail.

Also, rotate the recovery hook so the top hole is up and the hole you're trying to bolt through is pointing straight to the rear of the Jeep. They show those permanent brackets in their instructions.

Thank you, you are correct it needs to rotate up. Nonetheless, the rounded part of bracket still hits the frame rail. Right now I’m project on hold, I need to connect with AEV to see if modification is necessary for mojave. Conversely on passenger side, it’s closer. But frame rail still protrudes too much to get flush mount.

Bumble-Ski, you're trying to mount them on wrong side of frame rails. Per the instructions they go on the outside of the frame rail.

I thought that as well, it would be inconsistent with the rest of the directions steps/photo’s of drivers side example.

Thanks you all thus far - as a couple have pointed out, this bracket is to be mounted on the outside. That is accurate and confirmed from AEV (who has been extremely helpful) in this process
